Our Mission Statement
The Medical Treatment Center (MTC) strives to provide the highest quality care, understanding values and superior customer services. The Organization is an outpatient nonprofit, dedicated in assisting Imperial Valley families to improve their quality of life. The preliminary role is to meet the opioid addiction health care needs of our communities, in an ethical and compassionate manner.
